Return Conditions

The product must be completely unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used hair products cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed according to the original payment method where applicable.
